Local Deliveries

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer local deliveries of our products in Mauritius:

- fee of Mur 150 for a delivery to your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days via a private delivery company which will get in touch with you directly.

- free deliveries for orders above Mur1800.

Internnational shipping

Because of Covid-19 we have changed our delivery policy. Therefore, if you wish to place an order from overseas (other country than Mauritius) please send us a message so we can assist on a personalised service basis. 

Duties might apply in some countries and are regulated differently depending of the country where the parcel has to be sent. Customers should check the local laws to determine wether there will be additional charges when receiving the parcel. This will be mentioned to the customers when the orders are placed. 

International shippings are made by normal post or a preferred supplier upon specification of customers when placing the order. International Shipping will take from 5 to 15 business days depending of the country where the parcel is ordered, get in touch with us so we can give you a personalised estimation upon the dispatching of the parcel

You will be communicated a tracking number by email when your parcel will be shipped to allow you to follow the delivery in real time. Any loss that occurs in this process should be dealt directly with the carrier and Brabant Reef Wear  Ltd cannot be held responsible for these matters.

Our goal being the satisfaction of our customers, we offer exchange and refund within 7 days with no additional costs (This excludes international orders)

For international orders, we will only accept to refund the price of the products purchased. No delivery fees will be refunded unless the mistake comes from Brabant Reef Wear Ltd side. However we are more than happy to keep communication and find an adequate solution to the issue.

To avoid these unwanted situations, please double and triple check your order prior to proceed with payment, if you have a doubt we are more than happy to assist via email. 

For local returns:

1) Send an email to with your order details and contact details within 7 days after the delivery date.

2) Items should be return in new conditions with original tag and packaging and should not have been worn.

3) The package will be collected at the cost of the customer unless the mistake came from our side (ex: wrong product, wrong size, wrong colour delivered)

4) We will assess the issue, and proceed to a refund or exchange.
